FAQs:

What is the budget you have in mind for this project, inclusive of consultant travel?

  • In terms of budget, we expect this to be in the $15-20k range depending on final agreed upon deliverables and timeline.

Are these new 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategic plans building on existing strategic plans?

  • Not an organizational-wide strategic plan. There are department annual goal plans that can and will be used as inputs, but nothing comprehensive for the organization.

Once the project moves into the drafting phase, who will the main stakeholders be for feedback from Advancing Justice-Atlanta?

  • We expect the stakeholders will include C-Suite leaders (ED, Deputy, COO, CFO), and perhaps some directors and Board members as well.

We also wanted to confirm that this is an in-person retreat and the number of attendees is about 30.

  • The retreat will likely include board members and perhaps some strategic partners as well. We are guessing that would be around 40-45 individuals.
