Advancing Justice-Atlanta Celebrates 9th Annual Community Champions Gala

Norcross, GA, September 26, 2019 — On Saturday, September 28th, 2019 at 6:00 PM, Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Atlanta will host its ninth Annual Community Champions Gala, the organization’s annual fall fundraiser. All proceeds of the event will support Advancing Justice – Atlanta’s mission to protect and promote the civil and human rights of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders (AANHPI) in Georgia and the Southeast through policy advocacy, legal services, organizing & civic engagement, and impact litigation.

Each year, Advancing Justice – Atlanta recognizes its local superheroes and thank them for their hard work and dedication to furthering the civil, social, and economic rights of AANHPIs in Georgia. The gala is the organization’s largest event of the year, typically attracting over 300 guests, including many elected officials, dignitaries, business leaders, and stakeholders of several diverse local Asian American community groups.
