Greta Sims is the Project Manager of Events and Operations at Asian American Advancing Justice- Atlanta. Sims oversees planning, logistics, procurement, contract management, and the full execution of operations across the organization. Sims received her MBA from the University of Phoenix and a certificate in Meetings and Events from Clayton State College.

Sims believes change will happen when there is Increased cultural awareness and skills in the workplace and beyond. Prejudice and discrimination can be reduced by increasing understanding and acceptance of others, and by challenging stereotypes and biases. Sims enjoys hosting and planning family & friends events and traveling.
