Senior Staff Attorney

Amy Park is a Senior Staff Attorney at Asian Americans Advancing Justice-Atlanta. Amy’s practice focuses on family immigration, naturalization, and other forms of humanitarian relief with USCIS. Amy also provides removal defense services, including appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals, for both detained and non-detained individuals. Amy received her B.A. in Economics from Emory University and graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University School of Law in 2016.
