Immigration Legal Services

Georgia is home to a growing number of immigrants. Through its Legal Services Program, Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Atlanta provides affordable immigration services to immigrants and refugees in the state. The Legal Services Program collaborates with various community-based organizations to hold free citizenship workshops within the metro Atlanta area.

We currently represent clients with the following types of immigration cases:
• Family Petitions
• Application for and Renewals of Lawful Permanent Resident Cards (Green Cards)
• Naturalization and Citizenship
• Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
• Temporary Protected Status (TPS)

Our professional immigration staff can assist individuals in the following languages: English, 한국어 (Korean), tiếng Việt (Vietnamese), 中文 (Chinese), اُردُو (Urdu), Tagalog, and Español (Spanish).

Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Atlanta charges nominal fees for legal services. However, fee waivers or scholarships may be available to individuals whose income is at or below 125 % of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. When you come to your appointment, please bring proof of income, such as your most recent pay stub or your most recent federal tax return documents.
