DACA is running out of time! Help us raise funds by June 30, 2018 so we can assist applicants with their renewal fees!
DONATE NOW. Defend DACA. Defend Immigrant Rights. Protect Georgia Families.
Due to the recent decision by a San Francisco judge to temporarily block Trump's decision to end the program, recipients can now renew their DACA. Beneficiaries must take advantage of this time window as this decision may be reversed at any moment. The $495 is a huge burden for some who desperately need their DACA. Beneficiaries receive a 2-year work permit allowing them to legally work and provide for themselves and their families.

This fund will provide one-time grants to low-income immigrant individuals and their families facing criminal or immigration court proceedings. Legal fees and cost can quickly rise to the thousands and leave many vulnerable people without vital legal representation.
Applicants need not have any legal status to apply for a grant.
Applicants will apply for a grant from the fund. Grants are strictly for legal fees and attorney services and will be given directly to the applicant's attorney.
The funds are facilitated by Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Atlanta. A trusted legal resource for immigrant families in the Southeast since 2010.
